Zaqtel processes account, contact, call-detail, device, billing and recharge information to provide international calling and related services. We use only the information needed to operate, secure, bill and support the service.

Call data

Call detail records may include calling number, destination, timestamps, duration, route, status and cost. Zaqtel does not record call audio unless a separate feature clearly requests and discloses recording.

Payments and providers

Payments, mobile recharge and voice termination may be handled by third-party providers. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

Security and retention

We use access controls, fraud limits and protected credentials. Records are retained only as needed for service, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting support through zaqtel.com.
