Refund Policy

Unused prepaid credit may be eligible for refund where required by law and subject to payment-method and promotional restrictions. Completed calls and successfully delivered mobile recharges are normally non-refundable because the underlying telecom service has already been consumed.

Failed transactions

Failed or cancelled transactions should be automatically reversed to the Zaqtel wallet when the provider confirms failure. Provider-pending transactions remain pending until a final status is received.

Disputes

Contact support with the transaction reference, destination and date. Zaqtel will check provider records and call-detail records before resolving the case.
